Ipsy: February Glam Bag

This post is super late but I still wanted to document it :). Because the Ipsy Glam Bags are just really fun, and I adore receiving all those different and cute makeup bags. They have such many uses and my school backpack is more organize now thanks to them.

So, the February Ipsy Glam Bag is adorable. It reminds me of my favorite movie "You've Got Mail". Lol! Do you guys remember that? That movie is one of my all time favorite and if you haven't watch it then I suggest to go check it out :D!

Product List ::
Belapierre Desert Rose Mineral Blush
Luxie 231 Small Tapered Blending Brush
Dr. Brandt Pore Dermabrasion
My Amazing Leave in Secret
It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer

My most favorite item in this Ipsy Bag is the Bellapeirre Desert Rose Mineral Blush. It's amazing! It works well with my skin tone, and it gives me such a good natural blushed cheeks. It's very hard to explain but I am just amaze and its very healthy for your skin too. Its paraben-free, talc free and according to the website it is very recommended by dermatologist and makeup artist. I literally use it every single day since I've received it. It's also in a deluxe size :D because the full size is 0.32oz and this one is 0.21 oz.

My second favorite is the Luxie 231 Small Tapered Brush. It's also very soft and it is also 100% cruelty-free, 100% paraben-free and 100% vegan plus the design is just lovely! Pink and rose gold are such a perfect combo!

My third favorite is the Dr. Brandt Pore Perfecting Exfoliator. I really appreciate this product because the first time I used it, I saw some of my pores getting unclog and so I think it really does a deep clean which is super nice.

For the other two items in the bag I don't really know my thoughts about it. Because I got my hair back to its natural healthy state after dying it ombre blond around the summer of 2014. Ever since then I made sure that my roots are healthy so that when I slowly cut it out I will have it back to its virgin state. It took me a year and so but I am very happy because I don't feel sad, feeling and seeing the dead ends on my hair. So, that is why for my amazing leave in secret I don't know what to say because since my hair is healthy I can't tell if the product is doing anything at all.

For the last product, I think I don't know how to use it. It is very thick and I got a little scared because I feel like I would look like a ghost if I don't have my dark circles peaking through a little bit. Or something like that, I know its a great concealer because I have seen Youtubers used it but for me I am not sure yet lol.

So, there you go! I am sorry for the not so helpful thoughts about the last two products I am pretty sure there are other people who have used it and has better experience than me. But I hope you enjoyed this little Ipsy Glam Bag documentation. I just really love receiving Ipsy items and especially their cute makeup bags because I have so many uses for them :).

February Favorites

Oh sweet February, my mosst favoorrite month of all because you are the month of my birthday and also the month where every week I had an exam lol! Such an amazing month you are which is why most of the time since I was always just jumping out of the bed and running straight to school. That is why I minimized my get ready routine to a quick shower, spritz some of my favorite perfumes, apply foundation, blush, mascara and a dark eye shadow for the crease.

Product List : :

This month I have been loving this new found candy mints. I usually and always buy the Altoids wintergreen because they are my all time favorite but I came across this Vermints one day and they are completely organic (their website details)! Although the mint power is not as strong, I do love it! Because it has such a pleasing experience, the flavor is light and airy with just the right amount of mint. If you are looking for something like this :D I recommend to try it. It's goooood !!!!

The Juicy Couture Eau de Parfume Spray has these lovely notes (Mandarin, Watermelon, Marigold Hyacinth, Passion Fruit, Creme Brulee, Vanilla, Patchouli, Lily, Caramel, Woods, Tuberose, and Wild Rose) which is so perfect for this time of year in Hawaii. I feel like it reflects the mood of the current weather wonderfully. And the design of the bottle with the logo is just so adorable that I love it so so much XD!

Another new found fragrance is this No. 62 Tainted Love from Tokyo Milk. Guys, this is such a lovely romantic scent. It's perfect for dates or those really special moments with love ones. My boyfriend absolutely notices when I wear this scent. And the packaging is so edgy and classy that after this tiny bottle is all empty I will go and purchase a bigger one <3! These are the notes for this so so amazing perfume (Dark Vanilla Bean, Orchid, White Tea, and Sandal Wood). Which I am absolutely excited to encounter because all those are my favorites!

Another thing that I really love is the Bellapiere Mineral Blush and Luxie Tappered Brush that I received from my February Ipsy Glam Bag (which will be up soon :P). The brush is not labeled for the crease but I found that I can get a really good detailed work on my crease using this one and the color of the brush is absolutely adorable! Rose gold and pink <3! The blush on the other hand, I saw some Youtubers didn't like the color because its not as pigmented and applies on a little pale but for some reason it totally works on my skin. My skin color is light tan with yellow undertone and I don't know how but it looks so flattering on my cheeks. It gives such a really natural blush look :) plus its talc free, paraben free and its recommended by makeup artist and dermatologist.

I hope you guys enjoy my monthly favorites and let me know in the comments below what's your monthly favorites :D?

Thank you guys for reading and keep on smiling!

Hey guys . . !

I thought to jot down my top favorite Youtube Channels here on the blog and also share them with you as I go and clean out the 50+ other Youtube channels I have subscribed over the years. I have been wanting to do a little clean up on my account since I realized lately which channels I gravitate and watch the most. I also thought it would help me to not spend as much time watching videos!

Four Benefit of FaceMask

I know that face mask have been popular in Korea and Taiwan but quite recently there are many in the U.S. that are raving about face masks a lot, such as my friends and beauty gurus on Youtube. So, being a person who didn't understand the benefits of face mask, for this year I decided to take note on why they are getting a lot more attention lately.

Here are the benefits of why using face masks is good:

1. Face masks offers a wide range of skin care benefits such as to clarify, to cleanse, lighten, moisturize and so on in one super easy application.

2. It also offers treatment control for quick fix or intense treatment to spot treat an acne, your under eyes and to deep cleanse your nose from impurities.

3. They are also very relaxing because face masks are a great way to de-stress after a long day of work or school. They are also very easy to use, just have a clean bare face, (you can tone or not), a face mask and you're ready to go!

4. Lastly they are really portable and a great substitute for your skin care regimen when you are on the go. Because you can bring them anywhere and they are quite slim in structure so you can easily slip them on your luggages or carry-ons, thus saving huge amount of space.

Some face mask are quite expensive but these ones from Nature Republic are less than two dollars for one. I've heard that the Aqua Collagen Solution or any that has collagen will help treat your aging skin :).

What kind of face masks do you use on your skin care regimen?
