Hi guys! It's been a while.. :P
Midterms were really close to each other and so I had to take time and concentrate on those first :). But today I have a little spare time to write a blog post and share what has been going on during the month of February lol
The most exciting part was when I went with my boyfriend and supported him on his first Great Aloha Run :D lol.
I promise I would do the run with him next year after I finish surviving Insanity first.
I am on my fourth week of Insanity and I am sort of excited and scared for the second month haha.
I mainly stayed home and studied for the midterms and went to work as well.
Although I went out one night for the premier of Dead Pool which I thought was very 'interesting', the humor was entertaining but I think it is mainly for male viewers lol.
Maybe that is why I have never heard of the comic until now ^.-.
And lastly, in one of my classes we are redesigning a Quadcopter. We were given a Phantom 2 and we are suppose to take it apart and redesign it and make it more innovative. This would also be my first time learning how to use Solid Works and seeing 3D printing in action. But what I want to take out from one of the class session and share with you guys is the Code Of Ethics.
1. Respect the Rights of Others
2. Be Fair
3. Do Not Lie or Cheat
4. Keep Promises and Contracts
5. Avoid Harming Others and Prevent Harm Coming to Others
6. Help Others in Need
7. Avoid Conflict of Interest
8. Do Not Accept Jobs Not Qualified For
9. Do Not Accept Compensation From More than One Party for the Same Job
10. Obey the Law
I thought this would be a good take away for all us because not only will it help our professional life one day but also its a good habit forming ethics to have for our personal life as well. And especially No. 5 which you can dominantly see on the internet. So let's share the knowledge and practice respect and thoughtfulness both offline and online presence :).
What are your special highlights for the month of February?
Thank you so so much for reading!
And definitely Keep on Smiling :D!
Much Love Rx
